Help: Rainmeter Skins • Shortcut for restarting File Explorer

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with creating a shortcut that restarts the File Explorer process in Windows 10?

I've been trying to do it through this bit of code, but it doesn't seem to work:

LeftMouseAction=!Execute [%windir%\System32\explorer.exe]

I'm a bit of a newbie, so not sure what I'm doing wrong, wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction?
